Ashlee Coley cares deeply about the health and well being of others. This passion led her to study massage therapy where she realized that helping people was not just an occupation, it was a calling. Through her studies, she found a connection with her inner self and a profession that enables her to bring the benefits of massage to others.
Now a specialist with advanced training and teaching experience, Ashlee offers clients Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology, chakra balancing, polarity therapy and sound therapy with tuning forks. She enjoys finding that unique blend of both technical and intuitive skills to enable clients to experience deep relaxation and healing. Sessions are created to fulfill the unique needs of each client. She works with a wide variety of clients including those undergoing cancer treatment, strengthening or recovering from injuries, or seeking relief from the stress of everyday life.
Ashlee is a 2006 GTCC Massage Diploma Program graduate and a licensed massage and body work therapist (NC #6815). She received additional training to become a certified reflexologist, an associate polarity practitioner, and is a graduate of the Spirit of Learning Teacher Certification Program. She is a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Therapy Professionals and has been an instructor at the Kneaded Energy School of Massage.
Previous life experience includes 20 years in the field of advertising and marketing. After graduating for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a business degree, she worked for a national legal publication, a regional business publication and a local events magazine. From there, she owned and published a magazine. She also spent some time in fundraising and public relations for a non-profit organization.
Credentials tell only part of the story. Clients tell the rest as they describe Ashlee as reliable, results-oriented, compassionate and a good listener.

Ashlee was amazing. She was just the touch I needed to relax and refocus. I felt comfortable on her table and she even showed me stretches to keep my muscles from retightening. Highly recommended. L.L., July 2014
Ashlee really helped with pain I have been having with a hip flexor strain. The advice she gave me is a life saver. L.P., July 2014
Very professional and I benefit greatly from a massage from her. J.H. July 2014
Ashlee has a private practice which enables her to customize every appointment to meet the specific needs of her clients. This allows time for a thorough intake and interview to ensure that clients feel heard and that what is important to them is addressed in every session.
